“A room without books is like a body without a soul.” Books are the real guiders at all ages; one can find the solutions of all problems in books better than somewhere else.
“Road to No-where” is the book of John Milne, published in 1975. The great work of Mr. John Milne, teaches the readers the mindsets of illiterate rich persons that they love materials more than humans as for them wealth is much more essential than human lives.
The narration initiates from the poor village named Um Kalid, in which all are poor except Abdul Rahman. The village lacks the fundamental facilities; where one cannot find; schools, hospitals, roads and others.
The poor boy named Faisal used to think and work for the people in the village, but Abdul Rahman couldn’t allow any positive changes.
The Poor are gifted with rich hearts, unfortunately, they are deprived of other valuable materials like wealth, and on the other side, the rich have other materials but the poor maintain pure hearts as well thinking level.
Selfishness can wick everything so the same way the village (Um Kalid) was destroyed. Destruction takes place due to disunity everywhere.
Therefore, in our societies the poor are getting poorer and the rich are richer because of the unwillingness of rich men, who eagerly want to rule over them forever. They do not let the poor study and be at their level. Without any doubt, they verbally motivate, but morally they don’t support.
If the politicians and businessmen of Balochistan want, they can build libraries everywhere for the betterment of the society, but they don’t have the quality of leadership despite their high posts. It is a fact that they are afraid that real education can make our level down so they never want it to be.
