Education is the basic need of every citizen of Pakistan. Furthermore, Balochistan is the largest province of Pakistan but it suffers very badly from educational facilities. Balochistan schools have lack of proper buildings, facilities, wall chalks are used instead of markers, and also water is an issue for many rural schools. We all know that water is very important for health and we must drink 8 glasses of water in a day but in rural areas, schools are without water. The rural students sit under the sun to get education. It is because the government less attention to the rural schools.
On the other hand, they cannot send their children to the cities for two reasons which they are facing. First, they are poor and second, they cannot afford to get money. In the villages, the students even do not get good teachers. Because most of the teachers are absent and the teachers who are uneducated and also ghosts teacher.
Due to poor education system, the poor students are compelled to quit their education and work with their families to support them financially. Most of the other schools do not have toilets facilities.
According to report by Alif Ailan, in Balochistan there are more than 5000 teachers who are called ghosts teachers. As they have strong bonds with the authorities, they are never fired.
The concerned authorities haven’t visited to schools. On the other hand, most schools in Balochistan have no libraries. It results in wasting of time with unnecessary things and its stuff for the students and where they get knowledge but the areas are without libraries and they never build such things which give them benefits
Finally, I request to the government of Balochistan to take actions against the education system of Balochistan with the required facilities as soon as possible.
