Depression can have many causes, and difficult to understand it. It can be caused due to losing of a joy and a violent event when someone has a mental illness like heart disease, weakened immune system and physical pain. Depression doesn’t just affect the mind but also the body.
Moreover, some people get depressed, and they don’t know the reason of getting depressed. It is because they perceive their lives as being good or easy compared to others. They want to explain or justify how they can feel but prevent themselves from people to get necessary treatments. In some cases, people get depressed due to a death of a loved one, a divorce and loss of a business. These kind of people would get afraid of sharing their thoughts and start to think we are alone and helpless. Thus, women are more likely than men to experience depression.


Likewise, in relationships people would get depressed because they would not talk and cannot tell their experiences because they get afraid of not being understood. They may get worried that their loving ones like family and friends may stop loving them. They may be worried that their loved ones will blame them if they cannot help and feel guilty or depress. The symptoms of depression vary among individuals. A treatment plan that includes sports, therapy and lifestyle changes.


In addition, to these physical impacts, people who are suffering from depression may get increasingly more likely to turn to alcohol or drugs to self- medicate. The rate of depression is most rapid among the youngest and oldest age groups.
However, according to the national institute of mental health in 2017 over 17 million adults, or 7% of all adults age 18 or older at US at least one major depressive in the past years. It is the most common illness worldwide with an estimated 3.8% of the population affected, including 5.0% among adults and 5.7% among adults or older than 60 years. Approximately 280 million people in the world get depressed.
Furthermore, if you and your loved one is living with depression it means you seek professional care and building health care so you need to take care of your physical body and improve your mental health.
In conclusion, people must spend their times on ongoing therapy and shouldn’t sit alone also not pressure their minds for something which has gone.
