Omicron is the latest such evolution from most recent Delta, Gamma, Beta, and Alpha. According to WHO that the first case was reported in Botswana and then South Africa on November but has since spread to more than a dozen countries and Pakistan is one of them. The first case of Omicron was recorded in Karachi infected a woman.
One the other hand, we have already suffered from covid-19. It has destroyed our education system, health and economy. Due to covid-19 around 28803, people died in Pakistan. The government should take a sensitive role about omicron, otherwise it will destroy our country.
