Library is considered as the backbone of an educational society. Unfortunately, the residents of Kapkapar have been deprived from this valuable thing which is needed for this era. There is not not a single library in Kapkapar where a poor student can avail books to boost up his or her education. More importantly, the destitute parents can’t afford to buy books for their beloveds.
It is requested to the concerned authorities to establish a library and make the students busy with the books and create more awareness about the importance of education for the upcoming generation.
