In Balochistan, almost every department is full of ghost employees. Secondly, the ghost employees substitute themselves to unemployed persons. Means, they pay a few amount from their salaries to unemployed persons to attend their duties on regular basis so that they should not be caught. This procedure is unjust and illicit. Firstly, those substituted employees who honestly pay responsibilities, get low salary to feed their families. Secondly, those ghost employees, who get a better salary, don’t perform their responsibilities as they are incompetent and they have been selected on political basis. Moreover, unemployment has compelled people to be substituted just for six or seven thousands per month and so far the government has failed to look into this matter. All in all, concerned authorities should take a step to out ghost employees and appoint the substituted employees permanently.
