TURBAT, the headquarter of the Mekran division doesn’t have internet facility. It is one of the most important districts of Balochistan. There is neither 2G, 3G nor 4G in any part of it. The modern world is planning for 5G but we do not have internet itself. And none of the concerned authorities have never ever discussed this issue in any platform.
It is the fundamental rights of each citizen, the government of Balochistan should provide us internet. It is needed in each and every department and field. Mostly, it is necessary for the students who are in the process of learning. They need internet all the time, for their studies, for the online classes which have been a rule of the universities all over the world.
The students of Balochistan have been on hunger strike for the internet in the province but our government doesn’t seem to have attention on them and their voice. We are the part of this country so the government should provide us what is given to other people of the country.
