Quetta is the capital of Balochistan but this city is deprived from fundamental rights where people are facing many problems so far.
Further, it is very painful to say that the capital city needs libraries where student should be able to have self study. There is a library namely Quaid e Azam which is full of students and even some of them sit on floor.
Most of them belong to far areas and come in the city for higher education.
There are private libraries but the lower students cannot pay for it. Finally, I request to current C.M of Balochistan and concern authorities to concentrate on this matter and provide more libraries to the capital city.
