THERE is no denying the fact that Gender inequality is one of the serious menaces in today’s world which is being followed a century ago. However, in our society, most of the people are mistreating or not giving the rights of girls. In fact, sometimes they don’t have the freedom of thoughts to say something about their own rights. Moreover, the day before yesterday in Punjab a girl of seven years old was raped and killed. Is it justice with gender I mean girls ? Likewise, in Turbat such kind of cases are happening each month. Are these the rules of Islam which we Muslims are following? Finally, I request the government of Pakistan please take a serious step against this issue and make the gender equal.
POVERTY is a serious issue of the world which has made the life a constant pain for the human beings. In addition, millions of people are living on this planet are in such a state of mind that they don’t know what to do and where to go to make both ends meet. Likewise, the number of people are getting larger than their food exigencies that is called over population. Furthermore, according to a report of the world bank that a person earning less than 1.25 will be below the lowest line of poverty. In fact, it is alarming that the 46 percent of the world population is facing poverty and even the condition of Balochistan is more worsen. The main cause of poverty is tremendous exceeded in population because now people are living on this planet more than ever before and it is becoming more difficult for the residents of the world to make both ends meet. And mostly rest of people sleep hungry all the night and wonders here and there for the search of occupation. Hence, the government should break the back and take immediate steps for poor soon.
Turbat is an enormous city in Balochistan where every facility is obtainable such as hospitals, schools, banks and different shops but unlucky the Blood Bank is not available in Turbat. Furthermore, many villages arr located near to Turbat but there is not a single hospital and every citizen comes to Turbat for treatment at hospitals and also for other works to Blood Bank but due to the absence of Blood Bank the penniless people are in troubles and also they are not capable to go other cities for the treatment. Finally, I request to the concerned authorities for a Blood Bank in Turbat for the assistance of impoverished citizens of Turbat and resolve the issue very soon.
The electricity blackout that plunged the entire country into darkness like Saturday night is a stark reminder of all that is wrong with our crumbling power sector. Poor governance and lack of incompetent bureaucrats all system of electricity are out of control. It can create multiple circumstances for current technological system due shortage of electricity. Load shedding creates lots of problems to businessmen while they are doing something properly by electricity. It is one of the highest effects for people, because most of the works are dependeded on electricity. Therefore we remind the authorities or local government to take high steps for solving such issues.
The forty rules of love by Elif Shafak is a heart touching book. This novel is based on love, sufism and friendship. Elif shafak unfolds two parallel stories in the book from twenty first century and thirteenth century.
Ella Rubinstein a forty years old woman is unhappy with her married life who takes up a job as a reader for a literary agent to read a manuscript book sweet Blasphemy by Aziz Zahara. In this book, Ella reads about the thirteenth century’s Sufi poet Rumi and Shams of Tabriz and his forty rules of love and life. Shams lived with forty rules of love which supported him in every field of life. He inspired Rumi to become a poet and express the voice of wisdom. Ella heart soared while reading sweet Blasphemy and she was uplifting by the Sufi wisdom and the forty rules of love by shams.
The novel teaches the love of God, tolerance, patience and many principles of life. Ella emotionally and spiritually became inspired by reading sweet Blasphemy. Among the forty rules of love a rule nicely defined,” Whatever happens in your life, no matter how troubling things might seem, do not enter the neighborhood of despair. Even when all doors remain closed, God will open up a new path for you. Be thankful, it is easy to be thankful when all is well.”
A Sufi is thankful not only for what he has been given but also for all that he has been denied. If one is closed, do not be worried because God is here to give the next and best path for you. As rule third described “You can study God through everything and everyone in this universe, because God is not confined in a mosque synagogue or church. But if you are still in need of knowing where exactly his abode is, there is only one place to look for him: in the heart of true lover.”
This rule simply suggests that God is present everywhere especially in the heart of true lover and believer. Life is the name of ups and downs and in this journey everyone faces problem so everyone has to keep patience. One of the shams rules described that patience does not mean to passively endure. It means to be farsighted enough to trust the end result process. What does patience means? It means to look at the thorns and see the does, to look at the night and see the dawn. Impatience means to be so short- sighted as to not be able to see eye outcome. The lover of God never run out of patience, for they know that time is needed for crescent moon to become full.
Finally, these rules are not only related to Sufism or to the thirteen century Islamic period, but also they are the principles that should be followed in this modern world. And it is an outstanding work of Elif shafak who brought a novel within a novel with the spiritual journey of love that inspires everyone to change the habits of Life.
I want to draw the attention of the relevant authorities towards the lack of electricity in Awaran city. Awaran was given as state of a district in 1992 but till today people lack electricity. We know that there are many benefits of electricity to make the work easier and they use lamp to light their homes and they use machines to water the onions, corps, wheats. But the residents are struggling in hard way in the life. Due to lack of electricity in Awaran people are facing many problems and their works are getting tough each day. It is my humble request to the government of Balochistan to provide electricity to make their lives better and easier.
Turbat is the second biggest city of Balochistan but there is no career counselling at any institutions of Turbat. Furthermore, most of the coaching centres are available, where the students are taking coaching classes for building their reading skills and also showing that what are they interested in. But unfortunately, they never get a single lecture of career counselling when they complete their FA/F.SC classes. Due to this, students are facing many problems in regard of their future. As a result, I request to all institutions’ teachers conduct career counselling sessions and make the students aware about future.
I dreamt, once, when all in file, To have the merriest faces, ever, all around, A moment to have my beloveds proud, Someday! When I’ve all earned the respect, My parents, and of the society! In-between, I was lost, maybe, unbeknownst of everything, When I’d my eyes opened, I glanced my shadow, Dwelling in fear! My feet ceased to move ahead, When, where and how? Questions arose deep inside me, Begetting depression, and waves of confusion, I was yet to ponder, For, I knew I was lost, In thy world, my dream! I am afraid, again, but, From myself, now!
Pasni is a medium seized city located in Makran coast on the Arabia sea around 450km from Karachi. It is a small fishing port in Gwader district. This small city has a very interesting and twisted history in Balochistan. It was named by a British namely Lord Karzan and he named it Karzanabad. With the passage of time it changed into Pasni.
This city is a pass way of south Asia where in 326 BC Alexander the great passed through this root of Pasni toward India which brought an immense importance in its history. Apart from this, this gifted city with its fishing port was the target of some other nations like once Portuguese have burnt this city in 16th century and looted the inhabitants. Besides this, some graves are found near Deaghan( sandy mountain) which represented that these graves belong to some Kalmati soldiers who fought for the resistance against the invaders who were to break out the city and got martyred.
Most of the residents in Pasni are fishermen. The city has full of talented personalities who were/are the greatest sort of the development of Balochi literature which include Anwar Sahib Khan, Akram sahib khan, Mubarik Qazi and Muneer Momen who brought unexpected changes in the history of literature. Their philosophical poems are unique. In 1970s a book was written by the name of “Shobenag” which was the hand writing of Akram sahib khan and this book included the poems of of poets of that time. This book was photocopied in Karachi and sold. Similarly, if we glance in Art, we come across with a spiritual personality “Zubair Mukhtar” who bewildered the entire Pakistan with his 3D Art in the beach of Pasni and his Art is popular and appreciated worldwide. Besides this, countless singers we meet in the city of Melody, their melodious voice touches the heart. From singers we have Noor khan Bezinjo, Guljan Gullo, Nasser Ahmed and Shoukat safar are praiseworthy.
Pasni is naturally designed for tourists but unfortunately, it is underestimated in this regard. This city with its unique sight sets a precedent among the other cities of Pakistan, astola Island, which is situated in Arabian sea around 25 km to Pasni is peculiar and worth visiting place in Pasni. Other tourists places are Juddi, Zahrain mountain and Deghan, they are the heart touching sights of the city and the heart of Balochistan which have power to attract tourists. Unfortunately, this worthy city is now is in the grief of intoxication and going toward destruction. Youths are mostly addiction due to the manipulations and lack concentration of politicians. Due to this, Pasni is moving toward backwardness. Schools and other educational institutions are ignored and not yet a library is provided. I feel petty to say that people from pasni are still leading the life 16th century. The responsibility goes to the government of Balochistan to work for the improvement of Pasni and take it toward prosperity.
Turbat is an under-developing city located in Balochistan which has a growing population. Unfortunately, the situations of Turbat city’s are getting deteriorated day by day. People of Turbat are mentally disturbed from governmental misplaced policy. Drugs in Turbat are openly being sold. Government does not show potential of its forces to curb the provision of drugs in Turbat city. Problems of drugs is dragging the masses backword in Turbat. It is an unrationalized plan of prime people of Balochistan to cultivate the graveyard and desolate the houses by regular usage of drugs. If not, why the system doesn’t order the police with dilapidated cars to catch the smokers of drugs plus distributors.
Even though the people of leading state have enough knowledge about the weakness of our system. Turbat has many headquarters of forces but don’t have power to eradicate drugs, corruption and many other problems.
In sum up, I request to MPAs and MNAs of Turbat to take some initiatives for normalizing the situations in Turbat.
